Journaling, and its outgoing cousin, blogging, is one of the most helpful therapeutic devices available to the average person. I am a big fan.

I use an online journal called Penzu because it works on all of my devices and I can even dictate on it when I am in the car. Plus it has military grade encryption to keep snooping eyes out. But pen and paper also works great. The idea is to make it easy.

What ever your medium, do not overcommit. Don’t commit to x number or words or minutes. You will end up killing a good habit in the womb.

Instead commit to at least one word.
